Emerging Leaders Fellowship Program 2025

We kicked off our Emerging Leader Fellowship (ELF) Program in Melbourne on the 13th and 14th August. Twenty-eight women leaders, who work across women’s health research, flew in from across Australia to participate in a 2-day intensive leadership workshop, following an online workshop

They took part in the Monash University Women in Leadership Program, which combined experiential learning with practical applications, and focused on overcoming the unique challenges faced by women researchers in leadership.

The ELFs also engaged in mentoring and networking activities, including a valuable opportunity to connect with WHRTN's senior academics and leadership team.

Congratulations to our 2025 ELFs-
